Multi-Purpose Insurans Run 2012

Did my first run in 2012 about a week ago, it was 12km.. tough cos' more on running up hills around bukit tunku. Timing was pretty good, still maintaining yet I need to train more and improve. Anyhow, I really feel great everything crossing the finishing line, the feelings are really good and happy.

2011 Finisher Medal.

Did my final run in 2011 two weeks ago, adiNation Breakfast Run @ Puncak Alam, trail run was tough. Looking back thru all the run in year 2011, I really did quite number of it. Best things was you have friends who joining you together, have fun running with over 5000 of people's. Okay, 8 of my finisher medals through the year 2011. Feel proud of myself everytime crossing the finishing line :)
