My Home

Here In My Home - Malaysian Artistes For Unity

HERE IN MY HOME

Hold on brother hold on
The road is long. We’re on stony ground

But I’m strong. You ain’t heavy

Oh there’s a misspoken truth that lies
Colors don’t bind, oh no.
What do they know? They speak falsely.

Chorus:
Here in my home
I’ll tell you what its all about
There’s just one hope here in my heart
One Love undivided
That’s what it’s all about
Please won’t you fall in one by one by one [with me]?
Push back sister won’t you push back?
Love won’t wait. Just keep pushing on.
Yes I’m strong. You ain’t heavy.
Oh don’t you worry about that…
What we have the shadows can’t deny
Don’t you know it’s now or never?

Rap:

[Malay: TRANSLATED]
Years of fears and years of tribulation
The heart keeps searching for that endless devotion

[Chinese: TRANSLATED]
Hand in hand we’ll march like blood brothers
I speak for my people hope we’ll find peace forever

[Tamil: TRANSLATED]
May the road ahead quench my thirst for success
May the road behind echo a song of the blessed

[English]
So I will let it be known yes I feel it in my bones
No matter where I roam this is home sweet home

Bukit Jalil

Last 2 week I went to Bukit Jalil as a helper for 50th Merdeka Anniversary Cultural and Arts Performance event. It was my first time to work in such a big event and a crowd of 20,000 attending this event. Our Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting was there too. I just know this 2 famous only, others not sure. =p

Here goes the pictures taken on that day;

Later on while it going to start we had our seat right in front of the stage and then MAKAN!, we were served 6 meals and 1 dessert, so nice!... I event got the chance to see how the Astro crew doing the live scene, how they controlling the camera, and blah blah blah. It's was broadcasted live through Astro AEC.

Part of that, there's some guest performing for this event such as Michael Wong (guang liang), Danny One etc.*My first time to see both of them in a short distance. I meant seeing them singing in front of me in 20 meters*

Oh YEAh! Erra Fazira was performing that night too. She's so pretty! @.@

Besides of singing, they have culture arts performance too. Like lion dance troupes, beating drums, etc etc.
